T
he Apostle Paul spent three years in Ephesus; he taught the Word and established the church in faith and evangelized the surrounding areas. He went to Corinth and spent the winter over there. On his way back to Jerusalem he wanted to see the Elders of the church and give them the responsibility of overseeing the church of God. He warned them of the danger of false teachers creeping into the church. Dr. Luke pauses in his account to give us the message. Paul felt compelled by the Holy Spirit to go to Jerusalem. If you ever felt the nudge of the Holy Spirit in your life to do something in your life, you will understand how Paul felt in his spirit.
